Anthony F. Pourhassan is a successful business executive with expertise in land development, residential and commercial construction, project management, strategic land planning and multi-site supervision. Working almost exclusively in fast-paced environments defined by their high level of competition for the last 20 years, Tony consistently achieved on-time completion of projects within budget constraints meeting or exceeding profit projections.
Since 1990, Tony has built more than 288 single-family detached homes and 118 townhomes and has supervised or played an instrumental role in the development of 1,088 lots spread across 9 major projects. In addition, he has provided consulting services to builders seeking counsel on permitting, land development, securing financing and marketing matters. By placing emphasis on effective time management, honesty and fair dealing, Tony is able to overcome obstacles in the development process with swift confidence and discipline.
Lawrence C. Kasmen brings his expertise in the practice of law to the arena of land development. Over the past 15 years, Lawrence has provided legal counsel to developers, builders, commercial lenders and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate and corporate law. He has assisted developers throughout the entire legal development process, from due diligence review to financing to construction, and represented lenders such as Branch Banking and Trust Company and SunTrust Bank, and investors, in complex real estate transactions.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Kasmen has a solid business background, having drafted and successfully implemented comprehensive business and financing plans, served as real estate and corporate counsel to a publicly-traded quick serve restaurant chain, and managed daily business operations for an advertising technology company, including sales and marketing.
Lawrence is a past Chairman of the City of Atlanta Board of Ethics and a three term President of the Brookwood Place Homeowner’s Association. Lawrence remains actively involved in civic life as a member of the Atlanta and Georgia Bar Associations and serves on the host committee of “The Many Lives You’ve Touched” annual fundraiser for the Georgia Transplant Foundation.
