Panola Road Mixed Use
Intending to revitalize South DeKalb County, Vesmont plans to develop a 35.9 acre mixed use project located along Panola Road and Covington Highway near the I-20 interchange offering 330 single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums, along with 69,000 square feet of retail space and over 14,000 square feet of office space. This mixed use project will offer a town square for residents to shop and socialize, a full amenity package, including pool, cabana, and children’s play area, and numerous parks and open space. As with all Vesmont developments, principles of sustainable design and environmentally–friendly materials will be incorporated into the development and construction of the project.
